Scott Flow, Esq.
MORE ABOUT SCOTT

Scott opened Flow Law Firm in March, 2003, and has consistently engaged in the private practice of law, focusing much of his practice in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Banking, and Small Business. Scott serves a variety of clients, and has a long-running relationship with Chicago Title, serving as a fee attorney for commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Scott began his legal career during the turbulent early 1990’s representing entities that were purchasing distressed assets from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Since then, Scott has developed an extensive real estate practice, from closings to documentation to litigation, has represented numerous regional and national financial institutions (including three Fortune 500 companies) in the areas of operations, commercial and consumer litigation, work-outs, foreclosures, bankruptcies, lending, documentation, and originations, and has represented many other regional business entities from conception, through litigation, and general day-to-day operations. In addition to his 23+ years of legal experience, Scott has diverse executive and managerial experiences that enhance the delivery of services to his clients – owning, operating, and/or managing a real estate investments firm, an automobile dealership, and a manufacturing operation.

My goal has always been to provide exceptional legal advice and service to my clients; my relationship with Chicago Title enhances the delivery of those services. I am excited and honored to be a part of the fabulous Amarillo Chicago Title Team.

Scott graduated in 1988 from Lubbock Christian University, where he later served as a University Trustee for 12 years. Scott earned his Juris Doctor in 1992 from Baylor University School of Law. Flow is now a Trustee of the Board of Trustees of Amarillo Independent School District, and further serves the Amarillo community through his service on the Board of the City of Amarillo Tax Increment Reinvestments Zone #1 (TIRZ).
Scott grew up in Austin, Texas; however, his home is Amarillo, where he lives with his wife of over 27 years, Brenda. Scott and Brenda are the proud parents of three children, Cassidy, Chelsea, and Colby.
