Stephanie began her career in the title industry in 2003 as a title plant assistant at Stewart Title. She became a title examiner after learning the basics of abstracting and examining. In 2014 she transitioned to the escrow side of the business as an escrow assistant and obtained her escrow officer license in 2016. In 2017 she took on the role of senior examiner and continued in that role until 2019. In November 2019, an opportunity to close presented itself, and she has been closing ever since. Stephanie likes to say she did not start at Chicago Title, but she got here as fast as she could. She is thrilled to now be a member of such as “stellar team.”
Stephanie credits the ping-pong back and forth between the title and escrow sides of the business as her greatest asset because of the “full circle point of view” it provides her on the transactions she closes. Because no two closings are ever the same, she revels in the unending learning opportunities closing provides. Stephanie prides herself on striving to provide competent, efficient, and friendly customer service to all parties to a real estate transaction.
Stephanie has two vivacious daughters who keep her on her toes. Additionally, she has two fur kids, an Alaskan Malamute named Sully and a Chihuahua named Pixie. Stephanie and her husband, Tadd, are music enthusiasts who most often plan family outings and vacations around concert opportunities.
